Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@markersix.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Marker Six, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

At MarkerSix, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your furniture, we offer the following exchange policy:

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:

    • Items eligible for exchange must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • The item must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
    • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
  2. Initiating an Exchange:

    • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day period after delivery.
    • Provide your order number, details of the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for exchange.
  3. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for return shipments and retaining proof of postage.
  4. Inspection and Approval:

    • Once the returned item is received, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for exchange.
    • If the item meets the criteria, we will proceed with processing the exchange.
  5. Exchange Process:

    • If the exchanged item is of higher value, the customer will be responsible for paying the price difference.
    • If the exchanged item is of lower value, the price difference will be refunded to the customer using the original payment method.
  6. Exclusions:

    • Clearance or sale items are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or damaged.
    • Items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, or neglect are not eligible for exchange.
  7. Refunds:

    • If the exchanged item is unavailable or the customer prefers a refund instead, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.
    • Refunds are processed within 3-4 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranties

While we strive to ensure that each item meets rigorous quality standards before leaving our facilities, we have chosen not to implement a formal warranty program at this time.
