Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within the estimated production time stated on your specific item. 

UPS and Fedex shipments or deliveries can occur on weekends or holidays. During high volume times we will communicate any changes to your delivery window. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping to the continental US is free. Shipping rates for the rest of the world will be available to preview for each specific item in your cart. 

We ship using UPS, FEDEX, ESTES, LTR,USPS. Larger packages are shipped via LTR or OTR Trucking. If we send your product via Trucking please be aware they may contact you via phone to schedule delivery. We do not ship to PO Boxes. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not ship to PO Boxes. We gladly ship to APO/FPO addresses. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Once your order has been shipped we will send you the tracking number. 

Customs, duties, and taxes

Marker Six, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Marker Six, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
